ProQuote also provides extensive import and export tools that make importing and exporting data simple. The price book import is particularly useful for loading & updating pricing data from other sources. This import can be executed as often as required to keep cost and price information current.

ProQuote supports export from ASCII text, MS-Excel, MS-Access .mdb and MS-Foxpro .dbf file formats.

Automatic loading from a thirdy party  source (e.g. enterprise system) is also available.  One of our ProQuote consultants would be happy to discuss your specific requirements regarding data integration.

User login and security levels are set in the Systems Administration module. Security levels control what information a user has access to and whether they are allowed to edit the data or only view it. The Systems Administrator has a high degree of flexibility to group users and assign group security levels.
